About
Built by people who did this by hand
DealerCentives exists because updating offers manually doesn't scale — not at one store, and definitely not at thirty.
Our story
From agency floor to offer engine
When a program changed, someone spent the afternoon retyping payments and hoping the disclaimers kept up.
After two decades in automotive agency work, we kept finding the same problem at every store. Program day meant hand-built banners, hand-typed lease payments, and a quiet fear that something on the site was already wrong. Tedious, error-prone, and it got worse with every rooftop added.
So we built the tool we wanted on those afternoons. DealerCentives ingests OEM offer feeds, matches every offer to the VINs actually in stock, writes the disclaimers from the dealer's own numbers, and publishes the result — to the website, to banners, to a sheet the sales floor can read. On a schedule, with a paper trail.
And because the best offer on the lot is sometimes one the OEM never wrote, dealers create their own specials right alongside — change a payment, pin a unit, publish, and the site updates now.
Today DealerCentives powers offers for 500+ dealerships — single rooftops, dealer groups, and the agencies that serve them.
Values
How we work
Automation you can trust
If a task can run reliably without a person, it should. We build the checks — state reconciliation, audit history, expiration sweeps — so handing the work over feels safe.
Compliance by default
Every offer ships with its disclaimer, built from the dealer's own fees and templates. Accuracy is the foundation, not a feature.
Control stays with the dealer
OEM programs run themselves, and your own offers are yours to create, change, and publish — live on your site the moment you save.
Plain dealing
No black box. You can see what matched, what didn't, and why — every build, in the history, with the errors included.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who founded DealerCentives?
Cody Anderson (CEO) and Justin Anderson (COO) — two operators with two decades in automotive agency work who built the tool after years of updating dealer offers by hand.
Where is DealerCentives based?
St. Cloud, Minnesota, serving 500+ dealerships nationwide — single rooftops, dealer groups, and the agencies that work with them.
Who runs a DealerCentives demo?
A founder. Demos are a 30-minute walkthrough on your own inventory — your feeds, your lot, your numbers — not a slide deck.
What makes DealerCentives different from doing it manually?
Offers match what's actually in stock, disclaimers generate from your own fees, expired programs retire themselves, and every build is logged. The site stays right without anyone retyping payments.
