• Offer request data: when you request a vehicle offer by text on a participating dealership's website, we collect your phone number, the vehicle and offer you requested, the page you were on, your IP address, and device/browser information, together with your consent to receive messages.

When you request an offer by text on a participating dealership's website, we collect your phone number and consent on behalf of that dealership. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except (a) the participating dealership on whose behalf your consent was collected, which receives your phone number, your request, and your consent record so it can respond to your inquiry, and (b) aggregators and service providers necessary for SMS service delivery. DealerCentives integrates with third-party advertising technologies, including Google Ads, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and other ad networks, to serve relevant automotive offers.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be shared strictly with essential service providers to fulfill our service obligations.

• Service providers: to assist with analytics, hosting, and technical support.
• Legal compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain records of text-messaging consent (including the consent language displayed, the date, time, and technical metadata of your agreement, and related messages) for a minimum of five (5) years, as required for legal compliance purposes.
