SMS terms & conditions

DealerCentives operates a text messaging program on behalf of participating automotive dealerships. When you request a vehicle offer sheet by text on a participating dealership's website, you will receive text messages from the dealership and DealerCentives containing the offer you requested and related follow-up messages about that offer.

By checking the consent box and submitting your phone number, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from the participating dealership identified at the point of sign-up and DealerCentives, at the number you provided, sent via an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. You will receive the offer sheet you requested and a limited number of related follow-up messages.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. DealerCentives does not charge for the program itself.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. We will honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method, including plain-language requests (for example, "please stop texting me"), within ten (10) business days. Opting out of one dealership's messages does not affect messages you have separately consented to receive from another dealership.

The program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are located in the United States. By participating you represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the phone number provided.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except (a) the participating dealership on whose behalf your consent was collected, and (b) aggregators and service providers necessary for delivery of SMS services. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
